Yoga Class for 2

Service Description

Our yoga class for 2 is great for doing yoga with a family member, spouse or friend. Please note, however, that children under the age of 15 cannot be included due to difference in teaching required. Our yoga classes take a holistic approach in order to closely align with the tradition. This includes asana (postures), breathing (pranayama), chanting and meditation.
